The staff are very nice and even pack us a breakfast for the airport because we leave early before the regular breakfast time.

Brilliant location, but somewhat noisy in the morning, due to the proximity of the rooms to the breakfast area.

Localiza??o muito boa para fazer tudo a pé se estiver disposto a andar. O hotel está fora da ZTL e n?o tem estacionamento. Saindo do hotel, se for à direita, chegará ao Coliseu. Se sair e for reto, rapidamente estará no Panteon. Do Panteon basta andar algumas quadras e já estará na Fontana Di Trevi. Já para o Vaticano, é preciso andar uns 45 minutos. Saia do hotel e vá à esquerda. Nós fomos de taxi. Em rela??o ao quarto, era confortável e silencioso. Tinha um armário pequeno para pendurar roupas. O banheiro é pequeno. Tivemos dois dias em que a água quente acabou. Isso que tirou a uma estrela da nota do hotel. Quanto ao check-in e recep??o, foi tudo tranquilo. Chegamos fora do horário com recepcionista, mas, a equipe nos aguardou e nos atenderam muito bem.

这个酒店非常奇怪。前台18点下班。之后全是自助找钥匙。并且户型不好。电梯及其老旧。屋子里很大的潮味。

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a small fridge in the room which is nice. They have a lovely little breakfast with a great coffee machine which makes special coffees. You can help yourself to coffee and tea 24 hrs/day. The staff were very helpful and booked our transportation to and from the airport plus the cruise terminal. Lots of near by restaurants and easy walking distance to lots of sights.

Room was excellent. Location was good. Staff were great What disappointed me was that they never responded to any emails via the ******* app. I had to literally reach out to them to get a conversation going about how to get the codes. Was too last minute for my liking If your itinerary doesn’t involve a 9-4 check in I’d pass and find a full service hotel My fault I missed this point of them not having full hours

The room was clear, the staff are very kind. The water flow in the taps needs to be improved, it is relatively weak and it is difficult to shower like that. The air conditioning doesn't really manage to heat a room as large as room 206 and we were cold most of the time. The breakfast packed for us on the day of the early flight wasn't big enough for three people to enjoy. A little difficult with the hotel entrance and the elevator. Very clean, incredibly efficient pre-check in text before arrival in Rome, easy check in at the hotel and spacious room. Very good location for all the main attractions, good restaurants close by, very safe area for tourists. Highly recommend this place, it has character unlike the chain hotels I stay in for business travel!

Room was okay but you need to fix 1) sewer smell coming from shower drains, 2) it took forever for hot water to come out from the faucet, and 3) no instructions on how to open the metal gate to exit from the building.
